  • Frozen ripe bananas (2 medium)

  • Frozen berry blend of (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) (1 cup)

  • Hand full of spinach

  • Almond milk (3/4 cup)

  • Plant-based vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)

  • Hemp seeds (1 tbsp)

INSTRUCTIONS
