INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of kale (12oz / 340g)

  • 5 granny smith apples

  • 2 medium to large cucumbers

  • 1 whole pineapple

  • A whole bunch of celery

  • 3-5 inches of ginger

  • 1 medium or large lemon

EQUIPMENT YOU NEED

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly and cut into smaller pieces (depending on your juicer size and type)

  • Add all fruits to juicer and once done transfer juice to air-tight glass jars.

TIPS

  1. To get more juice volume use more water-rich fruits like cucumbers that won’t necessarily alter the taste of your juice.

  2. Add more Kale, spinach or cilantro for a variety of leafy greens. You more you juice, you’ll get used to drinking dark leafy greens and you can adjust this recipe.

  3. Add ginger according to your preference.
