  • Frozen blueberries (1 cup)

  • Rolled Oats (1/2 cup)

  • Peanut butter (2 tbsp)

  • Plant-based vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)

  • Nutritional yeast (1 tbsp)

  • Frozen coconut milk cubes (2-3)

  • Splash of milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend up your ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer to your favorite smoothie glass cup.
