Overnight Stacked Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp - chia seeds

  • 1 cup - almond milk (3/4 cup for chia prep 1/4 cup for smoothie)

  • 2-3 tbsp - maple syrup

  • Frozen Dragon fruit

  • 1-2 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder

EQUIPMENT YOU NEED

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a glass jar add chia seeds

  2. add 3/4 cup plant milk

  3. add maple syrup

  4. stir all ingredients together & store in refrigerator overnight

  5. next morning using a high powered blender, blend frozen fruits + protein powder + a splash to no more than 1/4 cup of plant milk depending on the quantity of fruits. ( you want your smoothie thick)

  6. add frozen smoothie blend to chia pudding and enjoy!
